If you're looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are from the local Bakersfield, CA area, can return the product at our local store location for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method. If you are not from the local Bakersfield CA area and we had shipped your order via UPS or USPS, please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization to begin the return process.
- Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags and stickers still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of use or wear.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Using your order confirmation receipt received via email, forward to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If multiple items are on that receipt, please notate which item(s) that are in question and the reason for return and return/exchange request.
- Attach any photos of the items that show damage to the packing materials or to the item(s)
