Its hard to find quality pool service now a days. I stumbled upon their store and just asked about service because I was treated very nice while shopping for pool supplies. They listen they take care and they do an awesome job and even send you Photos when their work is done each week! Thank you poolside!

This place if the only one I know of in Bakersfield that has “real” liquid chlorine for my pool. (The ones in the yellow cases that only pool cleaning professionals use in the area). Their electronic pool water testing equipment is top of the line and gives you very accurate readings of your water condition.

Also, they installed a ScreenLogic2 for my pool & spa. The installation was seamless and I am very satisfied with the competitive price and service.

Since finding this place, PoolSide has been my “go to” place for all my pool needs as I am a do-it-yourself pool enthusiast and like to take care of my own pool. 5 Stars!

Came out to troubleshoot my pool pump and then the team was very thorough and explained the many issues and recommendations. Team came back and completed very clean work and a brand new pool pump. Definitely using the Poolside again.

My Family and I Used this service 10 years, or so ago, fo about five years, until we moved. Everyone we ever came into contact with, were polite, professional, and helpful. My memory is failing, but I think the owner’s name was Larry. He came out numerous times to meet with me and make sure, I was a satisfied customer. His business wasn’t very big, but because of the outstanding customer service, I wasn’t surprised that it expanded.

Charles and his assistants not only installed a new sand filter for us they also rerouted the plumbing on an old swimming pool and installed a vacuum far superior to what we had before. They completed the work in a short time and the results are wonderful.

I didn’t catch the lady name but thank you Dean. I Killed the battery on my car. I’m not in the best situation right now. But they saved my boots by giving me a jump. These kind people took 10 mins out of their busy work day to help a complete stranger. Thank you and God bless. Companies need to hire more people like them. We are all busy but not busy enough that we can’t take a moment.
